ACCOMODATION
We want to help you choose where to stay, but let’s be honest: we’ve never actually had to do it ourselves. Evanthia was born here, and every time we return to the island, we stay at her parents’ house. They take care of everything, blending relaxation, home-cooked meals, and that wonderful feeling of “coming home.”
However, Alberto has had the true guest experience! His first time in Samos was during Alex and Evelin’s wedding (Evanthia’s sister) when our love had just blossomed. On that occasion, he booked an Airbnb apartment: affordable but, let’s say, not exactly top-notch. Not that he cared—he would’ve slept anywhere, even in a doghouse! (And honestly, some modern doghouses are far more luxurious than many hotel rooms).
That said, we want your experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Since the wedding will be held in Konteika, we suggest staying somewhere nearby. Karlovassi, for example, is a great option: easy to reach, well-serviced, and close to Konteika.
